In Store & Online Returns:   We accept Returns and Exchanges within 14 days of Purchase For Store Credit Only. We cannot accept returns for Store Credit after 14 days! Ty for understanding. Must be in same condition as purchased with all tags!

Non-Refundable Items: Sale Items, Shoes, Intimates, Bodysuits.

Please follow instructions below for ONLINE Purchases.

  • Our policy requires returns to be postmarked 14 business days of confirmed receipt of goods. If 14 business days have gone by since your confirmed receipt of goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a Store Credit.

  • For ONLINE PURCHASES STORE CREDIT will be issued to you via email as a gift card upon receiving your return.   Please understand we carry exclusive small batch styles that others would love to have, so we want to offer that to our customers in a timely manner.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • The item(s) must come back in original condition with the name ordered by clearly marked so we can process your return quickly for you.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 Sale items: (if applicable)

  • Only REGULAR PRICED items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are considered a Final Sale.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

  • We will gladly exchange items for a different size or color if it is available. If you need to exchange it for any reason, send us an email at Jennifer@saymoreboutique.com or call us and we will take care of it asap.

Shipping Fees: 

  •  Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and passed directly on to you. We do not add any handling or administrative fees to the shipping costs. What you pay is exactly what we pay to the carrier.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned. 

Processing Time:

  • Orders ship generally within 24 - 48 hours if not sooner!
